ACT 675/1996 - INFORMATION AND CONSENT REQUEST
In accordance with Legislative Decree June 30 2003, n. 196 (OJ July 29 2003, n. 174 - Ordinary Supplement no. 123 / L)

INFORMATION CONCERNING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with and by effect of art. 13 of Legislative Decree n. 196 of June 30, 2003 - Privacy Code, relating to the protection of the person and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, the processing of information relating to you, will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, protecting your privacy and rights. "Processing" Personal Data "means any operation or set of operations, carried out with or without the aid of electronic tools or otherwise authorized, concerning the collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, erasure and destruction of data to public or private entities.

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
Please note that the data collected through the use of form of different types (forms to request information, contact forms, forms, notification forms for the customization of print) are summarized below but not limited to: full name, reason, sphere of activity and application, address, phone numbers, fax, e-mail, comments and requests are used for the treatment provided for by law and for the following purposes:
- elaborate studies and searches on market statistics data.
- Sending promotional material and information.

CONDITIONS OF TREATEMENT – RESPONSIBLE
The data will be treated mainly through electronic and computer systems, and stored on computer supports or on any other suitable media, in compliance with the Minimum Security Measures under the Technical Regulations, Annex "B" to the Legislative Decree n. 196 of June 30 2003 The Data may be processed on behalf of Company by employees, professionals or companies authorized to carry out specific services or activities complementary to those of the Company, which are necessary for the execution of the operations and services of the Company.

REPORTING
In view of the existence of electronic links, or mail, the data can be transferred abroad, also outside the European Union countries and may be disclosed to:

RIGHTS OF THE PERSON INVOLVED

At any time, you may exercise your rights towards the data processing pursuant to art 7, which for your convenience:

b) The purposes and methods of treatment.
c) The logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments.
d) The identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2.
e) The subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal details can be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.

3. The person involved has the right to:
a) Updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data.
b) The cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed.
c) Certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or distributed, except in the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

4. You have the right to oppose, in all or in part:
a) For legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes.
b) The processing of personal data concerning him for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
